Held at the home of SOA Music, the student monthly program on March 10, 2018 from 7-9 pm, featured a mix of both vocal and tabla students.

Encouraged by an audience of family and friends, the performances of each of the students demonstrated their hard work and practice.

You could see the delight on the faces of the parents, and friends of the students, as they watched on, clapping away, and capturing video and photos. Guruji Dev Bansraj and Guru Ma Aunty Ann and Dave Bansraj Jr. were especially happy as they watched and listened and encouraged their students.

This particular program allows for the students to showcase and improve on the musical items they are working on, as well as become more comfortable performing in front of an audience.

Like most SOA Music school events, the student portion of the evening was then followed by a musical treat by Guruji Dev Bansraj (vocal) and Dave Bansraj Jr. (tabla), where they captivated the audience with a performance that put everyone in an even more energized mood.

After the performance by the teachers, everyone spent the rest of the evening enjoying each other’s company, while having dinner, deserts, and refreshments.
